Kevin Kim

Kevin Kim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, compliance, and antitrust law. Currently serving as Senior Litigation and Compliance Counsel at Wiley since May 2018, Kevin leads commercial and intellectual property litigation and enforces compliance measures within the organization. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Associate at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP, specializing in antitrust litigation and merger investigations across diverse industries. Kevin's previous experience includes significant roles at Sidley Austin, where multi-billion dollar securities investigations were managed, and positions as Research Fellow at the American Antitrust Institute and Summer Law Clerk at Public Counsel. Kevin holds a JD from New York University School of Law, an MA in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Social Relations and Economics from Michigan State University.
