Pat Wadors

Pat Wadors is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at UKG since May 2021, where a strong emphasis is placed on fostering culture and lifelong customer partnerships. Wadors has a diverse portfolio of leadership roles, including serving as a board member for Moloco and Accolade, Inc., and has contributed as CHRO Advisor for the Accenture CHRO Forum. Previous experiences include Chief People Officer roles at Procore Technologies and ServiceNow, and significant tenure at LinkedIn as Senior Vice President of the Global Talent Organization. Wadors is also an author who is currently writing "Unlock Your Leadership Story," set to release in October 2024. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management and Human Resources Management with a minor in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
