Rune Skarsem Pedersen

Rune Skarsem Pedersen has extensive work experience in HR and organizational development. Rune Skarsem began their career at Unitor in 1997, where they held various roles including HR Manager, Vice President of Human Resources, and Director of Strategic HR & OD. In 2005, they joined Wilhelmsen group as the Vice President of HR & OD for Wilhelmsen Maritime Services. Rune Skarsem later became the Vice President of HR & OD for Wilhelmsen Ships Service. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Culture & OD for WSS Marine Products at Wilhelmsen group since May 2019.
