Kristin Lemura

Kristin Lemura is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and distilling industries, currently serving as Co-Owner and Founder of Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co since April 2017. Kristin has been actively involved as a Committee Member with the Spirits Victoria Association since January 2021 and previously contributed to the Deakin PIA Accreditation Steering Committee until November 2022. As a Lecturer in Hospitality at William Angliss Institute since February 2018, Kristin has also held roles as a Sessional Trainer at Holmesglen and Venue Manager at various establishments including Colonial Leisure Group and The Bended Elbow. Kristin's educational background includes a Master of Sustainability in Regional Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Youth Studies from Australian Catholic University, along with multiple hospitality and training qualifications.
