Mike Justus

Mike Justus has extensive experience in project management and business analysis within the investment management sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for IM Strategic Planning & Project Management at William Blair since August 2011, Mike oversees project planning and management across various domains including Funds Administration, Client Services, Trading, and Legal Compliance. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Vice President at Northern Trust, focusing on Charles River Investment Management System projects, and worked as a Senior Business Analyst at both Proactive Technology Partners and Harmer Associates, where Mike was involved in system implementations and process analysis. Mike holds an MBA in Management & Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Master's in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a focus on Business from The Citadel.
