Laura Murphy

Laura Murphy has extensive experience in educational sales and teaching, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at William H. Sadlier, Inc. since October 2021, after previously holding the position of Sales Assistant earlier that same year. Prior to this, Laura managed the Southeast territory as an Account Executive for IT'S ABOUT TIME®, focusing on developing relationships with educators to enhance STEM initiatives. As the owner of Laura Murphy's Educational Services, Laura provided tutoring to K-6 students, and during a tenure at Pearson plc, played various roles that included Federal Program Manager and Strategic Account Manager, significantly contributing to sales goals through effective collaboration with educational stakeholders. Laura's career in education began as a teacher, emphasizing literacy and numeracy, and is supported by a Master's degree in Reading from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
