Jodie Derbyshire has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Jodie is currently working as the Group Head of IT Change Programmes at William Jackson Food Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of IT and Digital Systems at Jacksons from January 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Jacksons, Jodie worked at Aunt Bessie's as the SAP Local Implementation Manager from January 2019 to December 2019, and as the IT Manager (Change, Projects and Business Systems) from July 2017 to April 2019.

Earlier in their career, Jodie worked at East Riding of Yorkshire Council in different roles, including Digital Transformation Programme Manager from January 2014 to June 2017, Principal Business Transformation Officer from May 2011 to December 2013, and Business Transformation Officer from July 2009 to May 2011. Jodie also gained experience as the CAD Manager at Swift Group Limited from November 2007 to July 2009, and as the European CAD Lead and Snr. CAD Engineer at Ideal Standard International NV from June 2005 to November 2007 and from September 1999 to June 2005, respectively.

Throughout their career, Jodie has held various leadership and management positions, focusing on digital transformation, IT and digital systems, SAP implementation, programme/project management, solutions architecture, vendor and 3rd party relationship management, and technology procurement. Jodie has a background in CAD/CAM, product development, design engineering, and has expertise in areas such as enterprise data/BI, web digitization, and collaborative design and innovation.

Jodie Derbyshire completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Development with first-class honors from the University of Lincoln, which took place from 1999 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Hull, achieving a distinction between 2007 and 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Jodie obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in April 2004. Jodie also acquired a Diploma in Digital Leadership from The Academy of Digital Business Leaders in June 2016. In October 2017, Jodie obtained the Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma certification from the Knowledge Academy. Additionally, they renewed their Prince2 Practitioner certification through the Knowledge Academy in May 2017.
