Rahquaill Morris, MBA "Rocky," currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at WME, a leading entertainment agency, since May 2022. Previously, Rahquaill held prominent HR and operational roles, including Senior Director of Employee Engagement & Culture at BOND, and Senior Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at AVID Center. Additionally, Rahquaill was an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University and served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of HR at Innovative Solutions Insurance Services. With extensive experience in operations and human resources across various organizations, Rahquaill has a strong background in organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement. Rahquaill earned an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
