Tim Hartley has extensive work experience in various industries. Tim started their career as a Flight Instructor/Charter Pilot at Ionia Aircraft, Inc. in 1971 and worked there until 1974. Tim then joined the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Control Specialist and worked there until 1979. From 1979 to 1988, Tim served as the Vice-President of Hartley Courseware, Inc. and then moved on to work as the VP Hartley Product at Jostens Learning Corp from 1988 to 1995. Tim continued their career as the VP Hartley Product at Hartley Courseware / Jostens Learning from 1990 to 1995. In 1996, Tim held the position of VP of Technology at both Williams Distributing Co. and Williams Kitchen & Bath. Tim was also a Board Member - Treasurer at Circle Theatre from 1996 to 2006. Tim volunteered at ArtPrize from 2010 to 2015.
