Angela Shaffer has over 25 years of work experience. Angela began their career as a Paralegal Consultant in 1995 and then transitioned to a role as a Rehabilitation Services Associate and Legal Assistant/Enforcement Agent for the State of West Virginia in 2001. Angela worked in this position until 2012 when they became the Assistant Director/CFO for the Moundsville Housing Authority - HUD. Angela Shaffer recently joined Williams Lea in 2020, where they hold the position of Senior Account Manager/DE&I Creative Director. In this role, they communicate with key stakeholders, addresses customer issues, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Angela Shaffer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Public Administration from Strayer University.
