Henry Wu

Henry brings five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Henry has advised clients in the software, life sciences, biotechnology, technology and media industries. He has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, SEC reporting for debt and equity transactions, asset recognition, asset acquisitions, and stock-based compensation. He has also supported clients with audit readiness and process improvement. Henry has experience serving in interim accounting and finance roles for multiple biotechnology companies.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Henry was a Senior in the Audit practice at EY LLP in Boston where his clients included public and private companies in the life sciences, hospitality and real estate industries. He provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Henry is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude.
