Nick Doran

Nick brings 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Nick has assisted clients in the technology, software, healthcare and client services industries. He has advised clients on business combinations, goodwill impairment, financial due diligence, FP&A modeling, finance transformation and project management. Nick also has served in an interim FP&A role for a rapid growth privately held client.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nick was a Senior Associate in KPMG LLP’s Deal Advisory practice in New York where he provided financial due diligence services for private equity clients. Nick spent the first four years of his career in KPMG’s Audit practice in New York, focusing on public and private clients in the retail, technology and consumer goods industries. After joining the Deal Advisory practice, Nick primarily focused on buy-side financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Nick’s experience includes advising domestic and international private equity firms focused on clients in the software, technology, consumer products and manufacturing industries.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University at Buffalo.
