Chris Poblano

Chris Poblano is an experienced manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Manager at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q since April 2021, while also holding a managerial position at Willie's Restaurants since April 2017. Previous roles include Culinary Manager at Le Duff America, Inc., and Kitchen Manager at Landry's from March 2011 to July 2013. Chris holds an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture from San Antonio College, attained between 2009 and 2011.
