Najam Hassan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2003, they worked at KPMG as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed operations and resolved customer issues for En Pointe Technologies. From 2006 to 2016, they served as an Operations & Customer Service Manager at OVEX Technologies, overseeing business process outsourcing and leading multiple departments. In 2016, they joined En Pointe Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting the implementation of SAP and ensuring SOX compliance. Najam then moved to Rentokil Initial Australia, first as a Key Account Manager and later as a Customer Service Manager, responsible for leading and developing the customer service teams. Currently, Najam is the Head of Customer Technical Support at Willow, where they manage a team and ensures high customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of inquiries.

Najam Hassan completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Bahria University in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) - Honors Degree in Finance from the same university in 2002. In 2006, Najam obtained a certification in "Introduction to Project Management Tools & Techniques" from the Institute of Project Management & Emotional Intelligence (IPM&EI).
