Jenna Mock

Jenna Mock has diverse work experience in roles related to quality assurance and product delivery. Jenna currently holds the position of Director of Product Delivery at WillowTree, which they started in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the QA Director at WillowTree from November 2019 to April 2021. Jenna has also held positions at DYNAMIT, St. Francis DeSales High School, Ascena Retail Group, Inc., Sogeti Group, Abercrombie & Fitch, Emerson, InnoSource, and Insight Global in various QA and leadership roles.

Jenna Mock has a degree in Health & Sport Studies with a focus on Kinesiology and Health from Miami University. Jenna also attended St Francis DeSales High School. In addition to their education, Jenna has obtained several certifications including Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., Sogeti Business Analyst Certificate Advanced from Sogeti, Sogeti Business Analyst Certificate Basic from Sogeti, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
