John Condi

John Condi has a diverse work experience. John started their career as a Sales Associate at CEB in 2007 and went on to work in various roles such as Operations Specialist, Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Product Manager. In 2015, they joined Scitent eLearning Solutions as a Program Manager, where they managed the development and implementation of eLearning programs. John then worked as a Product Delivery Manager at Silverchair for a year before joining WillowTree in 2018. At WillowTree, they served as a Project Manager, Partner & VP of Program Management, and is currently the Group VP of Delivery. In their current role, they lead the delivery of portfolios and talent management for Delivery Leadership and Product Leadership. John also engages with senior executive client stakeholders. Overall, John has experience in delivery management, program management, product management, and eLearning program development.

John Condi completed their Cross Continent MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Management, Marketing, with a minor in Leadership from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware between 2003 and 2007. John also holds certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
