Kylie Kalik

Kylie Kalik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kylie started their career as a Coach at Texas Crew from August 2011 to May 2013. Kylie then interned at St. David's HealthCare from January 2013 to May 2013. Kylie further expanded their skills as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where they worked on projects related to tobacco cessation from September 2011 to September 2013. Moving forward, Kylie joined ProCial as a Program Manager in August 2013 and contributed to improving the service and workflow, conducting research, development, and product testing, and providing support for users until December 2015. Kylie joined WillowTree in January 2016 as a Software Test Engineer and held various roles, including Technical Requirements Manager, Senior Technical Requirements Manager, Senior Product Architect, and currently, Product Lead Director. Their tenure at WillowTree showcases their growth and expertise in product development and leadership.

Kylie Kalik earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Studies from The University of Alabama from 2007 to 2011. Kylie then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Health Behavior and Education at The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified Health Education Specialist in September 2012, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2018, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in June 2019, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in 2019. Furthermore, they have a certification in AI for Product Management from Pendo.io, which was obtained in 2023.
