Lillian McHugh began their work experience in 1988 at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where they held various roles as an assistant and coordinator until 1994. In 1994, they became a Human Resources Assistant at Daymon Associates, where they coordinated training programs and assisted with the implementation of the HRIS system. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Software Trainer at MultiPlan, performing client training on the company's software platform and conducting internal employee training on various software programs. In 1997, they returned to Shearman & Sterling LLP as the Director of People Systems, Data, Compensation & Benefits, and later took on additional roles as Director of People Analytics and Compensation and Director of Human Resources Operations, Associate Services. Most recently, they joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 2023 as the Director of HR Shared Services.
Lillian McHugh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Iona College between 1984 and 1988.
