Shauna Hegge

Shauna Hegge has extensive work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. In 2011, they worked as an SMB Account Executive at Snagajob, where they focused on workforce management solutions for hourly employers. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Accounting Principals, specializing in finance and accounting staffing. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Recruitment Operations Manager, where they developed strategic partnerships with clients and implemented process improvements. In 2017, they joined ManpowerGroup Solutions as a Senior Recruiter, analyzing and forecasting trends impacting the global workforce. Shauna returned to WilsonHCG in 2018, first as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and currently as a Team Lead for Contingent Talent Solutions.

Shauna Hegge earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Mason University, where they attended from 2006 to 2009.
