Lori Krall

Assistant Vice President, Operations at Wilton Re

Lori Krall has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lori is currently working as the Director of COLI/BOLI Operations at Wilton Re since 2017. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Transamerica where they held various leadership roles. Lori began as a Sales Support Analyst in 1996 and worked their way up to Assistant Vice President of Operations. Lori'sresponsibilities included managing operational teams, developing and implementing processes and procedures, and overseeing client service management. Lori also provided strategic and tactical guidance to ensure continuous improvement in productivity, client loyalty, and profitability.

Lori Krall earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in Essentials of Project Management from the American Management Association in May 2012. Lori is also a Fellow of the Life Office Management Institute (FLMI), awarded by the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). Lori has also achieved Series 6 and 63 certifications from FINRA.
