Noa Dolberg

Noa Dolberg is an accomplished UX Design Manager at Google, leading the Material for Devices design team since September 2022. Currently serving as a Design Strategy Advisor at Mindr and an Ambassador for the NY Chapter of WIN: Women in Innovation, Noa has contributed to significant initiatives aimed at enhancing employee communities and closing the gender gap in innovation. Previously, Noa held the role of Group Design Director at Beyond, overseeing creative efforts across North America and expanding design teams. Experience includes positions at Gallagher & Associates as Creative Lead, and various roles in user experience design and education at institutions such as The New School and Parsons School of Design. Noa holds an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons and a BA in Interactive Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
