David Campbell, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Customer Experience at Wind River Environmental since March 2023. Prior to Verizon, David worked as a Sales & Service Representative at Verizon, a Contract Marketing Specialist at Self-Employed, a Training Manager in the United States Marine Corps, a Marketing Manager at Gentle Giant Moving Co., a Junior Associate in Public Relations at PAN Communications, and a Public Relations Assistant at Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. Throughout their career, David has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and develop effective marketing strategies.

David Campbell, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategic Leadership, which they obtained from Saint Joseph's College from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Philosophy at Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications including being a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) since August 2022, the HubSpot Sales Enablement Certified and Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot since August 2019, and the Hubspot Sales Software Certified since June 2019.
