Dave Lubets

As Chief Operating Officer, Dave is responsible for enterprise sales and marketing efforts, as well as FFELP, schools channel, and commercial operations. Joining Windham in 2018, his experience ensures an ongoing commitment to high-quality processes and account management for Windham’s clients. Dave brings with him over 26 years of accounts receivable management experience, gained from the many senior and executive roles he’s held in both the sales and operations sides while working for companies such as Financial Collection Agencies, Nationwide Credit, and National Asset Management. He was also Managing Director at First Marblehead Corporation where he oversaw all pre- and post-default operations and outsourcing on a $20B private loan portfolio. Much of Dave’s career has been centered around state and federal programs, including Master Servicing Management for several state guarantee agencies and state taxing authorities. In one of his recent engagements, Dave managed several State Tax Amnesty Programs, generating millions of dollars and contributing to healthier state budgets.
