The Senior Financial Analyst will work from the corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD.  Responsible for supporting Window Nation's Sales and Strategy teams, this role will analyze and report financial and key sales statistics to provide insight and recommendations. 

Window Nation is a rapidly growing organization and is currently located in business markets across the United States.  The company plans to double in size within the next five years. This position will be integral in the development and implementation of maximizing sales team performance and optimizing processes that are scalable and sustainable as the company gains more complexity.  

Core Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial and statistical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends
  • Set monthly sales goals and provide analysis and support to help achieve those goals
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes through analysis, to assist in making sound business decisions.
  • Support sales team by performing strategic business analysis to accelerate the growth and profitability of a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage the commission process, including:
  • Communicating with all parties involved in the commissions process
  • Reconciling commission payments
  • Reviewing all reports and commissions for accuracy
  • Researching and resolving all inquiries from Managers
  • Assist with the calculation and review of sales bonuses
  • Generate and analyze information utilizing various reporting tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365, PowerBI, and other reports generated by internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in special projects and other duties as may be assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field AND 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience
  • Advanced (Pivot Tables, PowerPivot, excel financial models) experience with Microsoft Excel
