Hagit Efrati has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Hagit is currently the Vice President of People and Culture at Windward, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of HR at Fornova from April 2017 to March 2022.

Hagit's earlier experience includes various HR roles at ClickSoftware, where they started as the Director of Global Human Resources in September 2005 and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in January 2008. During their tenure, they were responsible for all HR aspects of the company, including mergers and acquisitions. Hagit played a key role in growing the company from 150 to 750 employees across 14 countries. Hagit also led the HR due diligence when ClickSoftware was acquired by Francisco Partners.

Before joining ClickSoftware, Hagit worked as the Director of HR at Israel Seed Partners from August 2001 to September 2005. Hagit also held the position of Director of HR at Answers.com from August 2000 to August 2001, where they were responsible for all HR activities and established HR procedures.

Hagit's earlier experience includes working as a Psychologist at Gisha Shona, where they conducted assessments and evaluations of candidates and managed an outsourcing project for recruiting executives for high-tech companies. Hagit also served as an HR Manager at MobileAccess Networks.

Throughout their career, Hagit Efrati has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, including recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, and establishing HR procedures.

Hagit Efrati obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between the years 1989 and 1993. Hagit further pursued their education and completed a Master of Arts degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa, specializing in this field, from 1993 to 1995.
