Edgar Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Edgar started their career as a Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions in 2012, where they worked until 2014. Edgar then joined Steve Nash Fitness World and Sports Club as a Front Desk employee from 2014 to 2015. Edgar went on to work at Volkswagen Group Canada as a Product Advisor for a few months in 2015 before transitioning to Shaw Communications as a Technical Sales Representative from September 2015 to March 2016.
In 2016, Edgar joined Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes – Canada as a Customer Care Representative. Edgar later advanced to the role of Claims Investigation Manager, which they held from October 2017 to June 2018. Their significant career milestone came in 2018 when they joined WineDirect as a Sr. Ecommerce Support Specialist. Edgar provided exceptional first and second level client support on the company's E-Commerce platform, handled over 200 accounts, and became a trainer for new Client Success Specialists. Edgar also served as a dedicated support representative to three premium accounts and worked collaboratively with colleagues across departments to find solutions for client issues.
Within the same company, Edgar took on the role of Client Success Team Lead from September 2020 to December 2020. In this position, they continued to contribute to client success and led a team.
