Bob Marshall has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Bob started their career as a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems in 1984 and later became an Electrical Systems Group Leader. Bob worked at Goodrich - Hemel Hempstead as a Systems Engineer before joining BAE Systems Brough, where they held the role of Systems Engineer and later became a Flight Systems Engineer. Bob also worked at Airbus Military Filton as an EMC Engineer. Bob then joined Pilatus Aircraft Ltd., where they worked as a Systems Engineer and later as an Avionics Systems Engineer. After that, they worked at Goodrich Actuation Systems as a Systems Engineer. Bob'smost recent position was at WinGD - Winterthur Gas & Diesel, where they worked as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer.

Bob Marshall attended Hull Grammar School from 1973 to 1978, where they completed their A-Levels in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. Following their time at Hull Grammar School, they enrolled at The University of Salford from 1978 to 1981, obtaining a BSc degree in Pure and Applied Physics.
