Lauren Summers

Lauren Summers has a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. Lauren has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a Hostess/Server/Bartender at The Triple J Chophouse and Brew Company. Lauren then worked their way up to become an Assistant General Manager at Uncle Julio's Corporation and eventually transitioned to Wingstop Restaurants Inc. in various roles such as Trainer, Regional Trainer, Learning Implementation Specialist, Manager of Training & Support, and currently as a Senior Manager of Ops Integration.
