Holly Joy McIlwain

Holly Joy McIlwain, M.S. SHRM-SCP, serves as a Talent Development Partner at Winner Partners and is the founder of the Brave Women Project, which empowers professional women through the BWP 5 E's for Life framework. Additionally, Holly is a faculty member at the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and operates HJMc, LLC, offering motivational speaking and group facilitation on various topics. Previous roles include Director of People + Culture at Wolfe.com and Director of Human Resources Services at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Holly has extensive experience in human resources and talent management from positions at Robert Morris University, Talerico Group, and the Diocese of Pittsburgh, where leadership development and strategic talent management were key responsibilities. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and coursework in Theology and Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
