Ola Qviberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ola started their career as an Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2005, where they worked on strategic and operational projects across different sectors. In 2007, they joined Addici as a Business Development Manager, responsible for managing various business development projects in services, security, and contact center areas. In 2008, Ola joined Releasy Customer Management as the Head of Sales and Business Development, where they focused on generating new sales, developing existing customer contracts, and implementing digital customer service tools and processes. Ola then moved to Accenture in 2011 as a Senior Manager, specializing in strategy and CRM, where they initiated and managed management consulting projects to improve customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency. In 2018, Ola joined Salesforce as a Regional VP | Customer Success Nordics, where they provided customer success management and guided customers to achieve business value using the Salesforce CRM and Customer Success platform. Currently, Ola is working as the VP Customer Experience at Winningtemp since 2023.

Ola Qviberg completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Västerviks gymnasium from 1995 to 1998. Ola then pursued an MSc in Industrial Engineering at Linköping University, graduating in 2004. During their studies, Ola also spent a year at The University of Auckland in 2002-2003, where they pursued a second MSc in Industrial Engineering. Ola has additional certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
