Delphine Martin-Gaucherand

Delphine Martin-Gaucherand has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and has held various roles in different organizations. Delphine is currently the Group Compensation & Benefits / HRIS Director at Winoa since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Payroll and HR Externalisation at Groupe BBM from October 2020 to November 2021. Delphine also worked as a Senior HR Consultant for a brief period in 2020.

Delphine'sprevious experience includes working at ESRF - The European Synchrotron where they held the positions of Head of HR Administration and Labour Relations Unit from October 2017 to July 2019, Compensation and Benefits Process Manager from January 2013 to December 2017, and Senior Personnel Administrator from October 2005 to December 2012. Before that, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Hydrokarst for a brief period in 2005.

Delphine's earlier work experience includes roles such as Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager at Danone, Royal Parc Evian (SEAT) from February 2003 to June 2004, Human Resource Manager at CS Dermatologie from September 2001 to February 2003, Expatriate and Metropolitan Personnel Manager at Bolloré Africa Logistics from May 1998 to September 2001, and Human Resource Assistant at Coflexip from April 1997 to January 1998.

Delphine Martin-Gaucherand obtained a University Certificate (DU) in Mediation from Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2018 to 2020. Delphine also completed a Development Programme designed for women called Springboard® Tremplin pour les femmes by Sophia Consulting, which took place before 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IGS-RH in 1996-1997. In 1995-1996, they completed a DEA in History of Law and Human Rights (Master 2) from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), and they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, in 2018, they attended Liaisons Sociales Formation where they studied Labour Relations Specialist.
