Mike Cruise

Mike Cruise has a diverse background in human resources, starting as a Safety and Health Coordinator at Maytag Corporation in 1991. Mike then moved on to roles at Sullivan Graphics, Russell "Athletic" Brands, and Eaton, where they held various HR management positions. Cruise later worked at Newell Rubbermaid, Osmose Utilities Services, and Winpak as a Business Unit Director in Human Resources.

Mike Cruise completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Jacksonville State University from 1985 to 1990. Mike then pursued their MBA in Business at William Carey University from 1997 to 1999. In 1990 to 1991, Mike also attended the United States Army Engineer School.
