Arvind Panchal

Arvind Panchal has extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Arvind started their career at Kotak Securities Ltd in 2003 as a Senior Manager in Process & Operations, where they worked until 2011. Arvind then joined Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2012 as a Sr Mgr Business Solution Group, responsible for Mutual funds, Gold & Financial planning software. During their time at Kotak Mahindra Bank, they held various roles including AVP - Business Solution Group and Associate Vice President. Arvind'sresponsibilities included implementing regulatory updates and troubleshooting system issues. In 2022, they moved to Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd as a Vice President, and in 2023, they joined Winsoft Technologies India Pvt Ltd as Vice President Business Solutions.

Arvind Panchal obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from ICFAI - Sikkim University, starting in 2012 and finishing in 2014. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Commerce & Software Engineering from the University of Mumbai, from 2002 to 2003, with a focus on Java, SQL, VB, and VB.net. Additionally, Arvind Panchal obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in August 2017.
