Keren Offer has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Keren began their career in 1997 at Cellcom as a Customer Service Representative. In 2000, they moved to yes as a Customer Service Manager. From 2003 to 2013, Keren worked at Strauss Group Inc. as a Customer Relations Manager, where they developed the organization's customer success strategy, led projects in the field of service, and managed, developed, and strategized service. In 2013, they joined Assuta Medical Centers as a Patient Experience Manager, where they managed patient experience, ensured the hospital team was helping patients get the most out of the service, and initiated and managed projects to improve patient experience. In 2022, Keren joined WINT - Water Intelligence as a Customer Success Team Leader.

Keren Offer began their educational journey in 2022 at Elevation, where they earned a CSM. Keren is currently pursuing their MA in Sociology & Anthropology at Tel Aviv University.
