Diana Pang has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Diana began their career in 2006 at Mission Australia as an Employment Consultant, where they managed a caseload of 120 to 150 clients and regularly exceeded their monthly placement targets. Due to their exceptional performance, they were given the responsibility to train new staff. In 2010, they transitioned into the role of Site Manager at Mission Australia, where they developed yearly budgets, conducted client assessments, and ensured adherence to recruitment guidelines and procedures. Diana held this position until 2015.

In 2015, Diana joined Mission Providence Pty Ltd as a Site Manager. In this role, they managed a team of seven staff members and coordinated support services for 600 clients seeking sustainable employment. Diana also fostered strong relationships with local community services and collaborated with them to address clients' non-vocational barriers. Diana exceeded financial targets and provided ongoing performance feedback to their team. Diana held this position until 2017.

Following their tenure at Mission Providence Pty Ltd, Diana worked at Mission Providence/Konekt as a Site Manager. Diana oversaw three locations and supervised 11 staff members, providing direct service and support to individuals and clients on social welfare. Diana excelled at coaching and providing feedback to develop staff and motivate them to exceed monthly targets. Diana'srole also involved establishing and maintaining relationships with other community agencies and organizations.

Most recently, Diana joined Wise Employment in 2019 as a DES Business Manager.

Diana Pang has a diverse education history encompassing various short-term courses and certifications. In 2006, they attended Conflict Resolution Training Service to study Negotiation & Crisis Intervention. The same year, they also completed a course titled "Managing Caseloads Effectively" at Duality. In 2007, they pursued a course on Health and Safety Fundamentals at Mission Australia. In 2008, Diana obtained a Certificate IV in Employment Service from Mission Australia. Diana then went on to obtain a Certificate II in Business Administration from TAFE NSW in 2009. In 2011, they attended MHFA for a Mental Health First Aid Course. Finally, in 2018, they completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from BCA National Training Group.
