Florence Morelle

Florence Morelle is a compliance professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the Head of Compliance for Wise Europe since April 2025. Prior roles include Head of Compliance for Worldline Merchant Services and a Certified Head of Compliance at Delcap SA/NV, where significant achievements include securing a regulatory license from the FSMA and establishing a compliance and risk department. Florence has also worked as a Project Manager for Polytra N.V. under the Prince Albert Fund, a Compliance Advisor at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and a consultant at PwC Belgium and Axitis Investments.
