Ofer Rachman

Ofer Rachman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting their career at MOTOROLA Communication, they worked as a Process Engineer and later became a Product Engineer. Ofer then joined Gilat Satellite Networks as a Manager of Production Technologies and later became the Director of Engineering. Ofer also worked at Metrolight as an AVP Engineering and at PrimeSense (acquired by Apple) as the Head of Engineering. Ofer then joined KeyView as the COO, managing program management, operations, hardware design, and engineering. Ofer's career continued at Consumer Physics, Inc. as part of the Engineering and Operations team in the Internet of Things (IoT) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sector. Ofer then joined Arbe Robotics as the VP of Operations & QA in the automotive industry. Most recently, they have been working at Lumen as part of the Data Product team focusing on B2C and health-related products. Ofer's current role is as the Head of Functional Safety at Wisense Technologies.

Ofer Rachman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Material Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 1990 and 1994. Later, between 2002 and 2004, they pursued an extended studies program for a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Nanotechnology and VLSI from Tel Aviv University. Ofer has also obtained additional certifications, including "Data Strategy: Leveraging Data as a Competitive Advantage" from Emeritus in August 2022 and an ASFP certification from GS-TÜV Saar.
