Kendra Ivey

Kendra Ivey has a diverse background in finance and accounting. Kendra currently works as the Finance Director for Wish Atlanta, LLC, starting in 2021. Before that, they spent two years as an Accounting Manager at AMI, where they were responsible for full-cycle month-end and year-end close procedures, managing cash transactions, and preparing financial statements. Prior to that, Kendra served as the Treasurer for Focus on Caring, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, overseeing month-end and year-end close procedures, financial reporting, and budgeting. Kendra also worked as a Corporate Accountant at Gray Television from 2016 to 2019 and as a Senior Accountant at Integrity Accounting Services from 2011 to 2016. In those roles, they handled various accounting responsibilities, including month-end and year-end close procedures, reconciliations, and audit engagements. Overall, Kendra has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis, as well as proficiency in using accounting software and tools like Excel and QuickBooks.

Kendra Ivey obtained their Associate's Degree in Accounting from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2011. Kendra later completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Oglethorpe University from 2016 to 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications including a Computerized Accounting Certificate, Office Accounting Specialist Certificate, and Payroll Certificate, all from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2011.
