Olaf Mik

Olaf Mik has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Trainer, Coach, Product Owner, and Team Leader at Wensink Automotive since October 2014, where efforts include launching a new location in Almere. Previously, Olaf held the position of Sales Team Leader in Zwolle, overseeing sales targets and responsibilities related to R&O, lease contracts, and insurance for Mercedes-Benz. Olaf's career also includes significant roles like Branch Manager at Opel dealer Smit & Co, Salesperson at Mercedes-Benz Wensink, and Salesperson at Ford dealer Sietsma. Olaf’s foundational experience began as a Mechanic at the Ministry of Defense, where skills were developed over eight years. Additionally, Olaf is pursuing leadership training through Blanchard Nederland, focusing on Situational Leadership II since November 2021.
