Regularly attracting audiences up to 1200 investment professionals - LPs actively allocating in the sector, GPs raising funds and doing deals, and relevant industry advisors - these Summits features a lively and vibrant atmosphere that allows for honest, eye-opening, and straightforward discussions, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Having rapidly expanded the portfolio over the past 2 years, geo-cloning the flagship Women’s Private Equity Summit to both Europe and Asia, launching a new Canadian, Credit, and Venture Capital Summit in Europe, With Intelligence is now seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to join its Women’s Summits Marketing team.

Working under the Head of Marketing – Women’s Summits, they will be focused on creating content, monitor and analyzing performance, and engaging with users across multiple platforms to establish a strong digital presence for the Summits.

Day to day this includes scheduling engaging and creative content, managing and building our community, monitoring competitor activity, developing and delivering a well thought out social strategy that aligns with our business goals.

This role will play a vital part in delivering With Intelligence’s growing Women’s Summits portfolio. They will be creative, versatile, and proactive. They should feel comfortable working both solo and within a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Women’s Summits Marketing team to establish a strong digital presence across platforms that aligns with the business goals
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a new social media strategy across the portfolio
  • Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promoting the Summits and driving engagement
  • Develop new initiatives that leverage social media to drive brand awareness across audience groups, including Sponsors, Speakers and Attendees
  • Manage budget and deliver any paid advertising campaigns, including Linkedin and PPC
  • Report and evaluate campaign performance, and provide insights on performance metrics
  • Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
  • Work with design to deliver a seamless brand identity across our social platforms
  • Work closely with team members across both the US and UK offices
