Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah started their career as an Advocacy Coordinator at Advocacy Alliance in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Sarah then joined Mental Disability Advocacy Centre as a Psychiatric Advocacy Consultant for a brief period in 2006. Later, they worked at Together for Mental Wellbeing, where they held various roles such as Project Coordinator, Advocacy Development, and Business Development Manager from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to Tracscare as a Business Development Manager for Supported Living Services until 2015. After that, they joined Richmond Fellowship as a Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they worked at Addaction as a Business Development Partner from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at With You, where they started as the Head of Delivery from 2019 to 2022. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Director of Commissioned Income for a few months and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Contract Management and Business Development.

Sarah Allen attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a PgDip degree in Charity Resource Management.
