Cathryn Williams

Cathryn Williams, RD, LDN, CSP, is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling, specializing in eating disorders and pediatric care. Currently employed at Within Health since September 2021, Cathryn supports clients in virtual intensive outpatient programs. Prior positions include serving as a Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Healthcare, where medical nutrition therapy was provided primarily for pediatric patients, as well as roles with Sodexo and Westminster Canterbury Chesapeake Bay. Cathryn also has experience in bariatric nutrition counseling from their tenure at Barker Bariatric Center and completed dietetic internships at Plaza Medical Center, Meals On Wheels, and Tarrant Area Food Bank. Cathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas Christian University in 2013.
