Sushanth Varma

Sushanth Varma has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering, starting with their current role as a Software Engineer at Luminary since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Databricks from July 2020 to January 2023 as a Software Engineer. Before their role at Databricks, Sushanth co-founded and served as a Project Manager at ContainCovid from April 2020 to September 2020. Sushanth also gained valuable experience through internships, including positions as a Software Engineering Intern at Databricks in 2019, Apple in 2018, and SunPower Corporation in 2017. Sushanth has also held roles as a Software Development Analyst at Capital Investments at Berkeley in 2017, a Blockchain Consultant at Blockchain at Berkeley from January 2017 to December 2017, and a Software Engineering Intern (InStep) at Infosys in 2017. Additionally, they served as the Regional Head for Bangalore at Data Science for India from May 2017 to August 2017.

Sushanth Varma completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they attended The International School in Bangalore from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their High School education and earned an IB Diploma. Prior to that, Sushanth studied at Bishop Cotton Boys' School from 2009 to 2014, where they completed their High School education under the ICSE Board.
