Andrew Spiteri

Andrew Spiteri has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andrew began their career as a Business Intern at RailCorp in 2010. Andrew then joined Transport for NSW, where they worked as a Business Graduate, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant. During their time at Transport for NSW, they gained experience in specialty-role and bulk recruitment and also worked as an HR Consultant.

After leaving Transport for NSW, Andrew joined the South Sydney Junior Rugby League Club as an HR Generalist, where they handled various aspects of HR, including recruitment, induction, performance management, and policy writing. Andrew also worked on workforce planning, succession planning, and remuneration.

Andrew then moved to Employsure, where they held multiple roles, including Employment Relations Adviser, Senior Employment Relations Advisor, Advice Services Team Leader, Advice Services Manager, and NSW/ACT State Manager. In these positions, they provided advice, support, and guidance to clients and People Managers, dealt with complex matters, and played a role in developing the strategic direction of the Advice Services team.

Following their time at Employsure, Andrew joined LinkedIn as an HR Business Partner - APAC, where they partnered with the organization's business in Singapore and Australia. Andrew worked closely with managers and employees to build values, culture, and performance within the organization. Andrew also actively participated in projects related to belonging, operational excellence, and personal and professional development. Later, they transitioned to the role of APAC Employee Relations Business Partner, where they operated as a subject matter expert in employee relations matters for the APAC region. Their responsibilities included conducting investigations, reporting, and operational improvement.

Most recently, Andrew worked at Microsoft as a Senior Manager, Employee Relations Asia. In this role, they were responsible for employee relations matters across Asia.

Currently, Andrew Spiteri holds the position of Head of People & Culture at WithYouWithMe, starting in March 2022. Previous to this, they served as the Vice-President of People & Culture, starting in February 2023.

Andrew Spiteri completed a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Macquarie University from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they also pursued a Diploma in Management at Major Training Freshwater.
