Serkan Dospil

Serkan Dospil has a diverse work experience. Serkan is currently working at Wizards of the Coast as the Senior Manager of Dungeons & Dragons Franchise Strategy, a position they have held since May 2023. Before joining Wizards of the Coast, Serkan worked at Riot Games for several years. Serkan'sroles at Riot Games included Marketing & Publishing Lead for Wild Rift / Riot Forge (North America) and League of Legends (North America). In these positions, they were responsible for developing go-to-market plans, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing teams of SMEs across multi-million dollar budgets. Prior to their time at Riot Games, Serkan worked at Willis as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support to designated national regions and assisting with generalist HR duties.

Serkan Dospil attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Media and Journalism. In 2008, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Kansai Gaidai University, where they focused on Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, during the same year, they expanded their educational experience further by studying at the University of Northampton, specializing in Communication and Media Studies.
