John Hoffman

John Hoffman is currently the Corporate Senior Vice President at WNS Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading client operations, account management, and service delivery within one of WNS's core operating units. Prior to this role, John served as Vice President and General Manager of Payer Market Solutions at Optum, overseeing product commercialization and a multi-billion dollar portfolio. John's career at Optum also includes general management of the payment integrity claims editing business and managing operations for the payment integrity credit balance line of business. Earlier positions include Director of Operational Excellence at EmblemHealth and various roles at The Audit Group, where John focused on supply chain management and operational analysis. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
