Rakesh N.G

Rakesh N.G is the Director of Digital Transformation at WNS Global Services. Rakesh has over seven years of experience in the field of digital transformation and has worked with various companies including Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and Firstsource. Rakesh is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has a keen interest in process improvement and digitalization. Rakesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.

Rakesh N.G has a post graduate diploma in business administration with a focus in project management and technology management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Rakesh also holds a bachelor's degree in business/commerce, general from CV Raman University. In addition, Rakesh N.G has completed certification programs from Stanford GSB Executive Education in design thinking, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in digital transformation specialist certifications, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in customer relationship management, ASQ in six sigma black belt, and Scrum Alliance in scrum master certified (SMC).

Rakesh N.G reports to Sanjay Jain, Chief Business Transformation Officer. They are on a team with Adrian McKnight - Head, Transformation & Quality, Shashi Prabha Singh - Sr Director, Digital Transformation, and Inderveer Singh Ghai - Director Digital Transformation.
