Lewis Borges

Lewis Borges is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Change & Project Management Office at Wokingham Borough Council since November 2009. In this role, Lewis also acts as a Senior Business Partner within the Customer Services & Localities Directorate and has previously led transformation initiatives as a Work Stream Lead. Prior to this, Lewis managed customer services and complaints at Waitrose from 2006 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)(Hons) in Geography from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2006, and earlier education at The Downs School in Compton.
