Oversee daily operation of construction projects, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, daily logs, lookahead schedules, safety inspections, and exit strategy meetings.
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
Communicate project progress with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, creating project risk assessments in collaboration with project manager.
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization coordinating 7 to 15 concurrent trade contractors and crew sizes up to 120 people.
Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience or more in multifamily.
Five (5) years of experience or more in historic renovation.
Willing to travel is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Ten (10) years of experience or more leading construction crews as a Superintendent.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
The following trainings are required (and provided by Wolverine):
OSHA 30 or completed within six months of hire.
First Aid and CPR
Heavy machine operator card, rigging awareness, asbestos awareness, and aerial work platform operator training.
