Emily Gardella

Emily Gardella is an experienced professional in the footwear and apparel development industry, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing at Wolverine Worldwide since 2020. In this role, Emily has successfully created long-range and seasonal sourcing strategies for the production of 18 million pairs of footwear annually, generating $750 million in revenue. Prior to this, Emily held various leadership positions at Reebok from 2006 to 2020, including Director of Footwear Development, where a Tech Style team was established to drive US sales growth. Additional roles at Reebok involved overseeing apparel development across multiple categories, contributing €175 million in net sales. Earlier career experience at Cannondale focused on apparel development, strengthening expertise in managing teams and product lifecycles. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Elizabethtown College.
